Collaborate with and support the work of the Board of Directors. Act as liaison between the Executive Director and the Board committees. Reach out to Committee Chairs (Fund Development, Finance, Communications, and Program, etc.) to ensure the tactical work of each committee aligns with the organizational strategic plan. This position is supervised by the Executive Director and will also work closely with Board President and Committee Chairs.

This position requires a commitment of 8-15 hours a week for a minimum of 6 months.  The schedule is flexible.  This is an unpaid internship.

Desired Qualifications

• Good with people and patient with volunteers.
• Excellent organizational, writing and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Some prior fundraising experience desired but not required.
