The Global Visionaries (GV) Mentorship Program Coordinator supports GV self-selected students who are most at-risk of dropping out of the program. The Mentorship Program Coordinator participates in needs assessment for the program and works with the Program Manager to organize and facilitate meetings between community volunteer mentors and mentees. Responsibilities include: creates mentor/mentee pairs based on portfolios; provides training and on-going support to mentors; coordinates recruitment outreach for new mentors.

This position requires a commitment of 8-15 hours a week for a minimum of 6 months.  The schedule is flexible.  This is an unpaid position.
